Sleep, Precious Sleep

Becoming a mother often means not getting a solid nights rest again for years. I have to admit I am a person who loves sleep, and that is a scary thought. My body runs most efficiently after getting 8-9 hours. Needless to say, I have been getting much less than that lately. Most nights Lydia wakes up 2-3 times to eat. That was until Sunday night. She slept for 6 hours straight!!! It was amazing. Last night she slept for 5.5 hours. I’m hoping we’re starting a pattern of only waking up once a night!
