Training for…..a Triathlon!

In an attempt to get into shape, Dustin and I have started a Triathlon training program. Since we’ve done a triathlon before, we’re training for the sprint which is a 1/2 mile swim, 13 mile bike ride, and 3.2 mile run. We both felt like we needed a goal to keep us motivated to keep working out. We think we found an event in September to try, so we’re aiming to be ready by then. We’ll see what happens!
